    Hired this contractor to repair a water line main entrance leak. After two hours, he gave up. He claimed it was an irrigation leak and left and demanded to be paid. I ended up digging for another hour and found the leak myself, which was in the main water line as I suspected. I had to hire another plumber to fix it.

    Bathroom shower remodel

    Terrible finish work. My smooth walls in my bathroom are now textured. I have to fix it in order to put up wallpaper. I never saw him use sandpaper or putty knife to smooth anything out. There are paint drips on the walls. He got paint on my fixtures. Missed spots grouting the tile in the shower. Got silicone all over the bathtub. Tile glue all over my floors and the bathroom tile, and tile that isn't sticking to the floor (the floor tile job is a joke!) I could go on. Stay away.

    Terrible to deal with. Charges too much for simple jobs, not honest to deal with. He makes small jobs appear like big complicated ones to justify his high price. Asks for 50% down before starting and will not refund your money if you cancel the job. Stay away from him.

    Incompetent, inept, immoral. They cut every corner possible in material and workmanship, and always want more money to do it right and up to spec. They miss because job because they have "church obligations". They are everything bad that you ever heard about contractors.
