Great quality, communication, and peace of mind! Communication was always prompt, thorough, understanding and supportive. Not what I have come to expect! I had to get a bunch of the work done while I was out of town, and they still showed up just when they said they would and were great with coordinating with tenants. They were really interested in making sure I was happy with all the decisions that were made. The tenants, who have 5 children, said they felt completely comfortable with the workers in the house even while everyone was present. The workers were incredibly gracious, and at one point, even alerted me to a leaking faucet outdoors that I never would have spotted, and even attempted to help fix it on the spot for the time we would have to wait for a plumber. Everyone was warm and wonderful to work with.
