We met Steve at a home/garden type show in Fresno,Ca. We had been contemplating remodeling two bathrooms and changing the guest bathroom where my parents live into a shower vs. a tub. My parents are elderly and this was a change I was willing to make to the house that I own. We discussed price and timeline for the jobs. My parent's guest bathroom was done first, then our Master bathroom and last the guest bathroom at our house. My dad noticed that there was discoloration on his shower floor that happened when he treated/sealed the floor with a product designed for that purpose. He had purchased it specifically for this. He contacted Steve about this. Steve talked to the place where he purchased the tile and purchased a product that was made to reverse this process. We were getting our other bathrooms done during this time. My husband was disappointed that the single cold/hot water handle was not installed (i.e. the counter had been drilled with two holes to fit a dual handle). We decided we could live with that. I learned that I was going to speak, write and literally draw my expectations so that the last bathroom would turn out the way I wanted it. My biggest disappointment was that Steve mentioned that in California you have two years of "guarantee" on the work completed. I feel that my dad's concerns about his bathroom were never fully addressed and the product Steve purchased did not work to reverse the discoloration. Steve mentioned he had some difficulties with his work truck and due to this wouldn't be able to come back to fix the issue. I had to be texting him every few months and his response was always an excuse. It got to the point where he has basically ignored my efforts to get this resolved. As a consumer, I have made several attempts to keep the lines of communication open and was dissappointed that he did not follow through.
