One of the worst builders I have met. Workmanship was shoddy. Nickel and dime you to death. Promises that he doesn't keep. Other contractors he uses will not work with him anymore. Has horrible relationships with flooring people and plumbers. Already have had to have another person come in and fix several things he did. DO yourself a favor and stay away.
