    If I can put zero star, I will do. I would like to warn everyone who think about using this contractor. Please be careful. The general
    Contractor, Gary, is unprofessional, not knowledgable, not enthusiastic at all.
    My construction is still not finish after almost one and a half year for 1,700 square feet existing restaurant. Gary don’t know how to move the meter from inside to outside and he tried to do it by himself and it is impossible and inlegal to do so by himself (I knew after problem occur). Then, the problem happen since that time and still more than 1 yesr with no power. He almost never came to job site except when problem happen. His employee doesn’t do thing per plan and did a lot of mistake and losing time to fix. But the most important things are 1. Gary can’t speak and listen English well. Then, he always make a mistake because he is not understand what inspector want. But he will tell you that inspector not good. 2. When problem happen, he always throw the problem to customer like me. Always blame that you order that order this and make problem, but we are not. He always tell you to contact directly to sub-contractor to fix the problem by yourself or go to the city and find out by yourself. 3. Gary and his wife, Karen, not communicate to each other and not communicate with his staff. You need to explain one story to everybody in his office everytime you contact new person who have to handle you job for specific case. Their communication is super bad. 4. Everything need to be written or record because Gary always forgot what he said and what we tell him. This is important!

    I hope that my story and my review will help everyone to not go wrong for this contractor. His price will be good compare to American contractor, but you can find almost the same price with other contractors too. It is my bad luck to not choose the other one which is the price almost the same because I think his company is big, can trustable and can get approve from my bank easy.

    Please don’t go wrong like me. This is my intection to let everyone know and not hire this company because I want to be the last one who have this bad luc
