    David Park, from Young Jin Development nd Construction Co did and excellent foundation job and an excellent framing job on my kitchen project in Pacific Palisades. The city inspector really like his job and commented on what a great job this man did. So, yes, he did a great job for me. Very reasonable price. Should call and have him look at your project.
