Was on the "receiving" end of his Inspection as a Seller. The report is filled with inaccuracies and errors. Inspectors are to determine if a structure is structurally sound, safe and meets code. His report is filled with non-code recommendations, which come under the heading of "personal preference"., "padding" the report, and should not have been made. Also interesting you don't see any of his alleged Certifications either on his web site or the ASHI site. A Bachelors in Communication does not an Inspector make.
