Back in 2017, I hired Gary and his team (Dale Devereaux) to build a home for us in Clovis. We made the deposit for drawing the home, mechanical permits, pretty much everything, and it cost us almost 30 grand. The beginning of this year, they withdrew from the project, breaching our contract. They didn't accomplish any of the things we hired them to do. We called and sent letters asking for a refund on our deposit, but they have gone totally silent and haven't responded to us for months!
Don't put down any money for this person or his team, you'll never get it back.
