This guy is not trustworthy. Took our $9,800 check as a 50% payment for a re-roof. He did part of the tear off with a couple of guys. They wouldn't come back for several day. We had sustainable water damage. He would make excuses why he let the job drag out for most three month before he just disappeared without roofing our house. We hired another company, pay them $19,000 to do the job, which they finished in three days. His insurance company told us he was not insured to do roofing. Don't even think about using this guy Zack, unless you have plenty of money, a good attorney and don't care how much your home can get damaged. The star rating should be a minus five stars.

A very horrible experience dealing with this contractor. Took approximately two months to complete the roof but claims it was a weather permitting issue, but often was not the case. They would send one guy to work after his day job for a few hours a night. After paying ZTT construction in full we noticed some minor issues that needed to be corrected, sent many texts and left many voicemails regarding this asking for them to come out and take a look and after constantly trying to contact this company they finally came out and assured us the problems would be addressed only to find out that they will not honor their work or issue us any kind of a warranty for the roof or their work. Cashed their $12,000 check and ran!

Took us for over 7000 bucks! Totally destroyed our roof and all the way around our home. Would never show up would never talk to you. Then we fired him picked up tools laying in our driveway for a week put them in our shed he burglarized our shed in the middle of the night called police. Then we had to pay to remove dumpster he owes them money too. Roof was wide open for 2 months damaged so bad paid even more to get repaired and new roof. He is a rip off! If you got your roof done by him get it checked by a pro. Oh and home advisors is where we got him they still 3 moths later have not posted our review!
