Geno owes us refunds. I'm the building superintendent, he strung me along for 5 weeks testing a system that just needed a board replaced. He ruined the connections then took 5 weeks testing and trying to rewire everything. Charged us $1700 for nothing accomplished. We had to tell him to stop because he couldn't figure it out and just kept ringing up the hours. It is worse than when he started. Charged for nonworking parts. We already paid because bill goes to different department, I would have offered half. Terrible experience, and may have to contact consumer advocate.
