This builder abandoned the job of building my home after one year and eight months. He left it unfinished and most of the work done by Mike Adams was of poor quality. We payed him the full contracted amount to finish the home but he left us with an unfinished house that is now about forty % over the contracted price to finish in order to pass final inspections. On the up side, barring the well driller, all of his subcontractors did a very good job. We had to pay some of the subcontractors outstanding bills to avoid liens on the property .All told this has been a very bad experience and would not recommend anyone hiring Mike Adams LLC for anything!! We will be putting in a formal complaint to the licensing board very soon as well a litigating for our losses.
