Alter has done a few jobs for me. A recent large job was completed but the deliverables were not completed. Trying to contact them is a horrible experience. Ive left several unanswered message asking for the work to be completed. IF you do hire them, do not pay in full until the job is complete, but you'd be better off to just not hire them at all. The answering machine say “ blah blah blah, leave a message and I will get back with you at MY convenience”. Trust me, they will not, especially if they were paid. Can you imagine, “I will get back with you at MY convenience? How does this place stay in operation with unprofessional customer service such as that?
