Ordered a patio door replacement, which the exact color choices we ordered were in their inventory from a mis-order. Over a week later, after another person came out to measure, receive a call stating the color we wanted was no longer available and cancelled our order. What happened to the one they had? No one seems to know. Were we offered a chance to pick another color? NO Poor unacceptable business practices. Would never ever recommend them to anyone at this point. The kicker is we have two sons that need whole house replacement windows and we had shared this with them. LOL NOT HAPPENING!
