We’ve worked with this company on multiple projects, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The equipment they’ve installed has broken down on every job, leading to costly delays and repairs. Despite repeated assurances, they rarely show up when scheduled, and communication is erratic at best.
Most concerning is the conduct of their representative. We’ve received messages that are unprofessional and hostile, including one stating, “Don’t text me anymore,” and threatening to stop work if I remained the project manager. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting.
Additionally, they’ve repeatedly demanded payment before completing the work, which raises serious concerns about accountability and reliability. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking dependable service or respectful communication.
