Do not use this contractor! He ordered $7200 worth of material that I paid for to be delivered then he walked out on the job. Demitry and Daniel poured footings for an exposed beam structure(rough sawn 6x12) over the back deck that were 22"x22"x7" deep. The footings were a joke, do I stopped work and asked to get a permit. Demitry said no problem that it should only take a week to get plans drawn up. 3 weeks later I called him, he said he was meeting a drafting person at 3pm that day and that he would let me know. It has been 2 months, I haven't heard a word from him and he refuses my calls. This man and his son are flakes!

Dmitry built my house in December 2019 and I couldn't be any more happy about the build. Took less than 6 months start to finish even though he had 4 other projects he was working on. His dedication to finish my house before Christmas was something I'd never forget. The quality was amazing as he would do a walk through with me before I approve everything inside and out. He made sure to get everything done the way I wanted it and without any problems. He saved me money on labor and material costs. He always answered my phone calls or texts with out any issues and would meet with me any time of the day of week. I would recommend him for any future builds.
