I waited over two months for Evan, to do the job. What I ended up with after a slew of excuses. At last I got I am too busy to find someone else. It was a total of four months if we count the delay in my tub I ordered coming late. The tub has now been sitting under my carport for two months. The tub is a special order with a door for my mother elderly who had moved in four months ago, he was well aware of that fact.

I would not recommend this contractor.Although he expressed interest in our project and indicated that he had the skill level necessary to complete our bathroom remodel, we were not satisfied with the outcome.He is NOT detailed oriented. Close enough seemed to be good enough when it came to installing the new window,shower door and floor tile. We also had to spend considerable time after completion cleaning haze off the floor tile and silicone caulk off of shower doors and shower base.

Evan had done a nice job on a friends kitchen Reno so I obtained his contact information for my home. I had a flooring job I was interested in having him complete and considered a kitchen Reno as well. Evan never showed for an assessment and ignored texts for a week. Finally I pushed for a response or I’d find another contractor and he replied with a canned response that he would not support the project. Very strange and very rude.
