On 12 August 2018, Fred Hammer came to my home to bid on a remodeling I need to make my home handicap accessible. He seemed very nice and asked a lot of good questions. He also seemed be able to work within my budget. When he left, he wanted, and I gave him, a copy of my architect plans (I only had sealed plans) ... that is the last I've heard from him. I've called several times and sent several emails. He has never picked up the call, or returned any of my messages. All I want is my sealed plans back. It is now been essentially a month10 September 2018 since he was here. I have no other recourse than to let anyone considering using him of this irresponsible behavior.
