These guys made several mistakes. They forgot to file for a building permit until the project was completed. They failed to have the work inspected. They failed to give me a cost estimate. They failed to give me a start and finish time for the project. They said they would complete the job for what ever the insurance company would give me. The job was worth only about $4k. They sent me a bill for $8,000. I refused to pay it. We ended up in court and I settled for $2,500. I would look for someone else before you let these guys into your house.
