The owner originally installed 3 AC units for my building a few years ago. I recently needed to get the roof replaced and the AC units are located on the roof. I contacted them so they can disconnect and connect the units so the roofers can do their job. I reached out to the owner via text and phone call to inform him that the roofers needed an additional 2 days and to ask his worker not to come on the originally set date. His worker came anyway and reconnected the AC units even though the roof was not complete. The owner finally responded to my original text and call and said his screen was broken all weekend and he just got his phone fixed. He also stated if I wanted him to disconnect to finish the roof he would charge me another $1,500. He is Very unprofessional and will not take accountability for his actions. Do not recommend this business for anything.
