We signed their contract to paint the interior of our home and the pool deck for a total of $19,000 and gave them a $3,000 deposit. They came to paint the pool deck and we paid them $2,000 as per the contract. They were supposed to begin the interior on Monday of the following week. We spent the weekend preparing the rooms for them. No one showed up but after the $2,000 check cleared, Darren Martini finally admitted that he was not honoring his contract and refused to return our deposit.
He also goes under Martini's Paints and Concrete as well as Martini Real Estate Unlimited. Stay away from this man!

Look elsewhere if you want your job done in a timely matter. We finally told them that we would finish the job ourselves and did not pay the last payment. Sloppy work, left crap at house and missed painting spots. Would never hire them again, lots of promises but no follow through.

Stay as far away from any business having to do with Darren Martini! This dude has started many of these fly-by-night businesses. Takes your deposits, barely starts and then closes down his businesses. We responded to an ad he ran in the Island Sun News for one of his companies called Martinis Painting, Inc. We signed a contract with him through his son-in-law for $19K worth of painting for our home in Sanibel. Took the deposit plus some more than went out of business. Shut his website down. His workers told us he was doing real estate now. He told us to take him to small claims court
