    In 2007-2008 Tim O'Driscoll (of T. Patrick Builders) built our custom home; however, he never completely finished it. After the final inspection and closing there was a long list of punchout items that needed to be completed. None of them were ever touched. There was also supposed to be a planned repair for any typical nail pops and seam settling that occurred after the first year. That didn't happen either.
    After the excuses piled up, Tim stopped returning our calls and never finished the house. We believed he dissolved the company and then learned he started doing business under another name (Carbery).
    As the years have passed, we've had to repair and replace the work that was done poorly. I would not recommend him or either of his companies to build your home.

    Very unhappy with builder after 6 years. Hasn't returned calls after the first year. Siding has to be replaced as it was not primed before painting and it was installed incorrectly. Drywall work is terrible - all walls are cracking and needs to be repaired. Repairs at time of sale have not all been completed. Oven top is still not level. Master bath vanity is not level. Front entry door had to be replaced as the side window seals were breaking. Sump pump replacement as size was too small for house. Don't know how the major problems passed inspection.
